A Maida Vale rental
A project at tight budget, making the most out of a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat in a mansion block. To deliver high standard renovation of the bathrooms other costs had to be skipped such as decorator, why there is no colour on the walls. The funds went into new flooring throughout the flat with underfloor heating and completely new bathrooms, all at a standard able to to attract hi rental return.
The artwork in the living room was provided by the client. The task was to choose cost effective furniture that would accompany the painting well, all creating an easy flow in the space.
Additionally the family, not stationed in the UK, is looking to use the property when occasionally visiting London. We provided a budget for the work at hand and for the furniture which the client approved, trusting us to go ahead and deliver, which we did with much dedication.
